The long and short of it...
From an early age, I was blessed to grow up in a family deeply committed to Christ, with both my grandfather and father leading in Christian ministry. It was through their example and the guidance of my mother that I came to recognize my personal need for a Savior and gave my life to Christ. My journey of faith continued to grow during my college years, and I felt called to serve in Christian education. I believe God has uniquely called me to help shape the hearts and minds of students, guiding them toward a deeper relationship with Him while preparing them to make an impact on the world for Christ.
TESTIMONY
1
The role of a Christian school leader is deeply pastoral, rooted in shepherding the spiritual growth of students, faculty, and families. I believe that effective leadership begins with a vibrant relationship with Christ, guiding me to lead with wisdom, humility, and grace. Pastoral leadership means listening, encouraging, and challenging the school community to align their lives with God’s truth, building a culture that reflects Christ's love and servant-hearted mission.
PASTORAL LEADERSHIP
3
Christian education is more than academic excellence—it is the transformative work of shaping hearts and minds for Christ. My vision is to create schools that inspire students to develop a personal relationship with Jesus, cultivate a biblical worldview, and use their God-given talents to impact the world for His glory. By integrating faith, learning, and leadership, Christian education equips students to live boldly and serve others with integrity, purpose, and compassion.
VISION FOR CHRISTIAN EDUCATION
2
A thriving school community is built on strong relationships. I am passionate about fostering meaningful connections between students, parents, faculty, and the local church. By actively engaging with families and partnering with churches, we strengthen the spiritual and educational foundation of our students. Community engagement also extends beyond our walls, as we seek to serve and make a positive impact in the broader community, reflecting the love of Christ to the world around us.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
4
Excellence in Christian education is not optional—it is a calling. From the vision we cast to the details we implement, every effort should reflect the character of Christ and bring honor to His name. Excellence means intentionality in every step, from designing innovative programs to delivering high-quality experiences for students and families. Whether in the classroom, on the field, or in the community, we strive to do all things with integrity, diligence, and a commitment to the glory of God.
EXCELLENCE FROM DESIGN TO DONE
6
Christian education is founded on the unchanging truth of God’s Word. It is our mission to create an environment where biblical principles permeate every aspect of learning, developing students who think critically, live biblically, and lead courageously. Education should be Christ-centered, child-focused, and innovative, empowering students to reach their God-given potential. When students are equipped with both knowledge and faith, they are prepared to live lives of excellence for God’s glory.
